Nancy works with her husband Allan Kueny, also a long time sales agent with over 20 years of experience.   He came to real estate following a successful career in restoration contracting and development, and has received three Preservation Awards from the Charlestown Preservation Society. Allan has restored over 25 units of historic housing in Charlestown, including moving two 19th C. buildings. His knowledge of buildings and historic homes is a great asset in marketing property. Allan attended Boston University majoring in advertising and public relations. Prior to working at Gibson Waterfront Sotheby's International Realty, Allan worked for Century 21, Coldwell Banker and RE/MAX.  While with Coldwell Banker, Allan was involved with the final on site sell-out of Flagship Wharf, a 204 unit condominium building on the Charlestown Waterfront.  He and partner Nancy work together as a team. When not working, Allan also enjoys travel, boating skiing and tennis.  He continues to 'fine tune' their Federal home on the Training Field (Winthrop Square) in Charlestown.

"Nancy did an incredible job helping my wife and I buy a house last year. We were searching in multiple neighborhoods and as rookies we needed some hand holding. She was market savy with solid advice and the experience we were looking for. More than that, she truly cared about us and our needs, what we wanted in a house and not just closing a sale. Many thanks go to Nancy, and should we need someone again, we will use Nancy without hesitation.Testimonial Placed Here"

"Nancy was a pleasure to work with and was very helpful to our family as we worked through a difficult sale. She was not afraid to give direct, honest feedback and without her expertise I don't think the sale would have come together. Thank you!"
